  • Production Time: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and Printful’s processing schedule. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Changes to Orders: Once an order is submitted, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at heartwurx@wencelworldwide.com if you need assistance.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices displayed on the website are listed in United States dollars (USD).
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
