Many of our products are made to order through trusted production partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, and appearance may occur. These differences are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Production Times

Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. Estimated production and shipping times are provided during checkout but are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Because many Heartwurx products are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Customized or personalized items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
