Heartwurx offers print-on-demand products in partnership with Printful. All products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed.
3. Order Processing
- Customization: Products are created based on customer selections and designs at the time of order.
- Production Time: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and Printful’s processing schedule. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Changes to Orders: Once an order is submitted, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at heartwurx@wencelworldwide.com if you need assistance.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices displayed on the website are listed in United States dollars (USD).
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties for international orders.

- Customized Products: Due to the nature of print-on-demand, all sales are final, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or printing error.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at heartwurx@wencelworldwide.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
